Learn moreLago Bakery is an artisan microbakery based in Sant'Antonino, in the Locarno–Bellinzona region of Ticino, Switzerland. We produce bread and baked goods in small batches, using natural fermentation and quality ingredients.
The microbakery is not a traditional shop open to the public: we work mainly by pre-order to offer fresh products and manage production in a sustainable, family-oriented way.
Orders are placed from Sunday to Thursday via WhatsApp or through the contact form on the website. Thursday is the last day to order. We will confirm availability and details for Saturday pickup.
Pickup takes place at the microbakery in Sant'Antonino.
