Learn moreLago Bakery is an artisan microbakery based in Sant'Antonino, in the Locarno–Bellinzona region of Ticino, Switzerland. We produce bread and baked goods in small batches, using natural fermentation and quality ingredients.
The microbakery is not a traditional shop open to the public: we work mainly by pre-order to offer fresh products and manage production in a sustainable, family-oriented way.
Orders can be placed easily via WhatsApp or through the contact form on the website. We will confirm availability and pickup details.
Pickup takes place at the microbakery in Sant'Antonino.

Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
During the week, production is by order only, so direct access to the workshop is not available.
